I am preparing for the I 864 for my wife(K1) and her 2 children (K2 ages 5 and 10); Do I need to make a separate Form I 864 for each or just include her 2 children under Family Members? Any inputs? Thank you so much..

List the children on your wife's I-864. Submit one photocopy of your wife's completed 864 for each of the children.

From the I-864 form instructions > http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864instr.pdf

Part 3. Information on Immigrant(s) You Are Sponsoring.

2. Family Members.

The immigrant you are sponsoring may be bringing a spouse and/or children to the United States. If the spouse and/or
children will be traveling with the immigrant, or within 6 months of the immigrant's entry to the United States and you
are sponsoring them, you should list the names and other requested information on the lines provided.
If any
dependents are not immigrating, will be immigrating more than 6 months after the sponsored alien arrives in the
United States, or you are not sponsoring them, do not list their names here. A separate Form I-864 will be required for
them when they apply for their immigrant visas.
