3. I know we get an email (about a week later) after Case Complete. Do we get another email about Interview Scheduling?

PLEASE HELP: my case was approved yesterday according to CSR however I receive a checklist today and it was the same checklist I have before number 19 on I-864EZ I have copied exactly whats on my W2 now I dont have idea on what Im doing wrong. They want the beneficiary to bring the corrected one during interview but I dont know how to correct it. Please help...

We (IR1/CR1 don't have a package 3 that's K1 (but someone of just put the date you got that email about the AOS. But its moot because we at VJ call so we get all that infornation weeks before we get an email. Package 4 is the interview email with your personalized checklist for interview.

Everything NVC sends goes to the emails you provided to them when you call and get case#. If someone never calls they will use the email address on the I-130 or sometimes snail mail it.

Well good news is you still have case complete and the NVC is having you fix for interview. Without knowing the issue I or others can't help. Have you posted in the NVC Filers thread.

I mean what is the issue? Have you called NVC? Is it the amount? On the 864EZ its very specific and its your adjusted gross not whats on your W2.

Yes indeed note to anyone. Please go to your countries portal first check the consular information make sure its up to date. Anyone on VJ can correct you don't have to be admin.

Than please as elsy & mark says post a review. Good bad whatever. I know its was invaluable for me I copied all of Nigeria's and cleaned it up to just the Q & A and tips and presented to my husband he loved it.

elsy & mark i will be holding on for you to come on. You are almost done maybe a June or July interview for you. Woooo whoooo.

Congrats with the case complete and just be patient waiting for your interview.. I found out my interview date 10 days after my case complete so if you don't get the email by tomorrow, maybe you'll get it sometime next week. Good luck!

DO NOT DELETE: ***USE MOST RECENT LIST AT THE BOTTOM***

Instructions:
If you want to share your case complete and interview dates:
1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.
2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list
3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))
4. Remove

around the list by clicking back space just before "do not delete"
5. Always use [Courier New] Font.(It will stay lined up correctly if you use the correct font.)
6. Add in order by NVC case complete date.
7. Add the date you received your interview date so others can see from case complete to assignment time-frame.
8. Please use your VJ member name not the Petitioner/Beneficiary name on your timeline.
9. Please update your timeline so VJ members can have accurate timelines to monitor their own case.

Well that dang NVC I guess they are holdin out until Monday last day of month to start scheduling May interviews. As you see the March Case completes went off the wall. Its been a while since I seen a month like this.

So hang on people good news this week. So rest up and get ready.

Has anyone interviewed in Abu Dhabi? About how long does it take from case complete to an interview date there. The UAE is a relatively small country so I wouldn't think it would take too long.

Well its been awhile since I have had someone from United Emirates here. But looking at your information page about a 1 to 2 month wait. I know they do other countries and don't know how busy they are this time of year.
