Hi. I filed my parents petition last June 2013. I'm waiting for my cousin to joint sponsor bec. I know my income will not be enough for both of my parents. My question is: I'll send my affidavit of support and my joint sponsor together, what else do I need to send? After this stage, what would be the next step? Thank you for your help

What type of visa(s) are you parents applying for?

:time: It helps everyone that uses the system. Additionally it enables other forum members to give appropriate responses to your particular immigration situation.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
