I know one reason to qualify for expedite is severe financial loss. Currently I'm paying ~$10,000 a year for daycare so I can work and finish school. My son from my previous marriage is 3 years old and he's living with me most of the time and his mother is 3000 miles away so she really doesn't seem very much (I also can't send him out of the country to live with my current wife). My wife is a housewife and having her here in the state would save me the $10,000 I'm currently paying for daycare.

I know most of you pays for daycare as well but paying that much for daycare when your spouse is housewife and not a student or employed is a waste of money in my eyes. DO I qualify for expedite based on the above info? any thoughts?
