Yes your uncle have to wait one month more. Initially your uncle's interview date will be different but embassy will reschedule your interview date before your scheduled interview date.

Sorry ikabirul, but that's not true, at least here in India.

6th June-2002 is PD of my uncle, my aunt & my mom. My mom's interview is scheduled on 2nd april, my uncle's interview is scheduled on 15th april & my aunt's interview is scheduled on 28th of april.

Dear Jigar

Plz wait for that. US embassy will call you one week before your interview date and either reschedule it or advice to join the interview on later date along with your other aunt's interview date. I think In your case all interview will be scheduled on 02 April as all of you are within the same priority cut off dates. Plz complete the for all applicants before 02 April.

my pd is aug 3 2002. I will file my aos in next week. So my priority date would be current may be in two months. SO is there a possibility that my family's aos could be reviewed fast or it will be delayed by one month? please help

Quite Similar Messages !! :P:P:P

Anyways, don't worry if you are eligible under CSPA... this is NVC's process to remove children's names who are above 21 and during their parents' interview their cspa case is evaluated....and if the visa officer finds u eligible under cspa, then your visa will get approved... Do not worry. Right now relax and pay your parents' fees and send their documents and complete your case, then wait for your pd to get current and once you receive interview letter for your parents, contact embassy regarding your cspa case, the embassy will handle your cspa case. Everything will go smooth as long as you are eligible under cspa.

Good Luck :)

Hi Everyone,

I am new to dis forum

My PD is 22nd Nov 2002 , India.

I logged in to check my case status and the AOS and the IV fees are both Available to pay.

But my brothers name and mine aren't on there.

My Dad's Sister filed a petition for my dad, me and my brother are both Derivative beneficiaries and both over 23, but according to CSPA we are both under 21.

I have read that NVC only calculates our CSPA age when we write to them after the priority date is current.

Is there any way to get our IV fees generated before that, so that we could just pay all the fees and send all relevant documents for the whole family, in one package?

Should I just Call NVC and ask them to add our names since we are eligible under CSPA or send an email regarding the same ?

Please Help....

Hi all F4's

I just had my interview on 13th march 2015. All went well and visa was approved. This is how it went.

Our time was 09:30 am . But we reported at 0800 and to our surprise we were escorted directly inside.

So advise everyone is to reach an hour earlier than time given.

After security check was done, an Indian lady escorted us to the immigration visa section. For visitor and student visa there is a different section.

We were made to sit and the lady asked each one of us( I, my wife &my son) to arrange documents in following order.

1. Interview letter

2. DS 260 conformation letter

3. PCC

4.Medical reports(Without CD)

5. Copy of Marriage certificate(Separate copies are needed for Husband & wife)

Then My wife who is principle beneficiary was asked to get the Token from the window.

After our token was displayed we all went to the respective window where an Indian lady asked for our passports(Last previous passports if any are also taken)

She took our medical reports, PCC, Copy of birth certificate and copy of marriage certificate(Separate copies are needed for Husband & wife).

She gave us back all the original documents submitted with NVC.

My son was told that he should not marry before getting GC and will have to enroll for Military services.

We were again told to wait for our token no. to display.

After display we went to the window where we were greeted by an American CO. First all of us were made to read the oath bu raising our hands.

He started by asking my son what he was doing in India. How old he was. What was calling him. What she(petitioner) does. When she last visited India. How may children she has.

Then he asked my wife how her sister first went to USA. Then he asked me what I do in India. Then for a few minutes he started searching on his computer and finally he declared that our

visa are approved and will get your passports from your specified pick-up location within a couple of days. We were given a sheet of paper stating we will have to pay $165 for each person

before coming to USA.

We all said a big Thank You and left.

The whole process took us less than 2 hours from entry.

Advise : Please take enough copies of all documents as inside cost of one page photocopy is $1(Rs.64). Also keep coins (change) as they ask for exact amount. Nothing less or more.

Thanks all F4's for your valuable updates and advise.
