Okay, let's say a a male sponsor, before ever meeting his fiancee, may have been sleeping with a married woman. Let's also say that, even though it was over a year ago, as a response to a jealous husband strangely now sending threats of physical harm, the ordeal is made a little more visible via a court-ordered restraining order (protecting the sponsor from the angry husband--just in case).

Would this have any bearing in relation to Moral Turpitude? Is this something both the beneficiary and the sponsor must meet?

In short, could this affect the Interview for AOS for the fiancee obtaining a Green Card?

It would have nothing to do with you getting a green card as it's not a crime.

LucidDreams, no. It shouldn't be an issue. Make sure your fiancé is aware of your prior relationships should the topic come up in an interview, though.
