Even with using your savings you will still be short of the 125% guidelines for a household size of 2. Currently you need to have income/assets of $19,387. With your income and savings, you only have $13,333. (Savings are counted at 1/3 the value). You cannot use your car as an asset if it is your primary vehicle. You can only combine your sister's income with yours if she lives with you.

No, the income and assets are not enough to sponsor your husband.

The total is well below the 125% poverty line for a household of 3.

You cannot count your car (See I-864 instructions).

The $10,000 savings only counts for $3333 (assets must be 3x the shortfall in income.)

Your total income and assets for the I-864 is $13,333. If your sister is accepted as a household member, your combine income and assets are $21,833.

According to the I-864p, 125% of the poverty line for a household of 3 is $24,412.

Your best bet is to find a Joint Sponsor who can meet the I-864 financial requirements.
