I would like to know if i the fiance in the uk can send evidence of meeting my US fiancee smile.png

Why not? I sent my fiance photocopies of my passport page with the US entry stamp, plus copies of the boarding passes I had with me.

I would also like to know do i need ro submit proof og ongoing relationship in the i129f itself or only at the interveiw smile.png

Proof of ongoing relationship is a requirement for the interview. The I-129F petition only asks for proof of meeting in the previous 2 year period.

Also i would like to know a simple list of evidence i can or should supply smile.png

Note: my fiancee did not travel to see me in the uk i travelled to see her so i hold all plane tickets passport stamps and movie tickets and other photos ive taken including a gps picture from the plane smile.png

Check the Guides on top of the page and the RFE Master List thread for a complete how-to and tips. Lots of information on there. I followed it to a T and didn't get any RFEs.

Good luck!

Hmm ok then thankyou very much for your help il have a look at the rfe master list and guides :)

If i can be a pain id also like to know if this is looking good on my side of the paper work i have :

A completed g325a (one question about this do i put my step dad or my real dad both are alive and well my real dad is on the birth certificate but i have adopted my step fathers name :) )

I also have evidence of meeting in person :

Plane ticket return journey

Travel agent initial booking with payment receipt

Photos of me and fiancee together and her child ive signed the back of each photo and all other supplied evidence my fiancee will do the same

Facebook updates cover photo changed on both our profiles with all of us in the photo

Passport stamp photocopy and real photo

Phone logs of me contacting my fiancee whilst in America

Also have fiance letter of intent written up :)

One more question can i fill out the i129f form itself but get my fiancee to sign what she needs to sign and put the check in (reason i ask is beacuse she is strapped for time at the moment and we want to get this petition done so if im able to im going to fill out the rest of the forms (i129f, g1145) on her behalf then send all the docs to her so she can sign it )

I think you should put your real dad's name as he is who appears on your birth certificate. If you feel the need to justify why you have your stepdad's name, add an addendum to explain that.

Plane tickets/boarding passes and passport stamp copy is great. The payment receipt just proves you paid for the ticket, not that you actually used that ticket. It's secondary evidence, and you can add it, just be aware the tickets/boarding passes are what's most important. Photos are also considered secondary evidence, but almost everyone uses them - I did.I like to think of it as sort of reminding the worker at USCIS that they are handling real people and not just names on forms. As for Facebook/email/phone logs, I didn't send any of it. In my opinion, it clogs up the petition and as it is only secondary evidence, doesn't really add anything. You'll be going through a low-fraud Embassy, so there's no real need to front-load your petition.

Also have fiance letter of intent written up smile.png

One more question can i fill out the i129f form itself but get my fiancee to sign what she needs to sign and put the check in (reason i ask is beacuse she is strapped for time at the moment and we want to get this petition done so if im able to im going to fill out the rest of the forms (i129f, g1145) on her behalf then send all the docs to her so she can sign it )

Don't forget you will both need that letter of intent.

I suppose you can fill out both the I-129F form and her own G-325A, and all she has to do is confirm everything, date it and sign it. Don't really see any issues with that, but others might want to weigh in.

Hi again thanks for all your help :) has steered me in the right direction also I apologise for the late reply haha been very busy.

Just wondered do I need to supply a certificate to show my last name has changed from my real dads to stepdads last name

Also it has just dawned on me that the boarding pass I saved was the one for returning to the uk not entering the US will that effect the evidence or will it still be accepted that I had gone to see her ? :)

And brilliant ok then so in actaul fact the only evidence required would be

Few photos

Boarding pass and stamps

Maybe itinerary for the flights

I have a reciept of purchasing the flight from a travel agent :)

Out of interest would it be worth sending a memory stick with video footage of me and my mrs together ? :)

Again many thanks for all your help means alot :)

I would attach that certificate, yes. Better safe than sorry, in this case. Regarding the boarding pass, I would think it's fine because It shows your point of origin, right? That, with your passport stamp will prove your entry in the US.

As for the memory stick, skip it. They will not look at it. (Same as CD's/DVD's.)

Hope this helps!

Make sure you identify the pictures on the back, who's on them, when and where they were taken. I would say your packet looks good - nothing is jumping out at me, aside from the payment check that is missing. ;)

As for where to send it, it mostly depends on the courier you'll use. There's one address for USPS and another for courier services (I believe), like UPS or DHL. The information is easily available on the USCIS website. :)

Regarding processing times, it really depends. There's no way to guess. You could end up being one of those petitions approved in two weeks and you could end up being approved in 6 months. There is absolutely no way to know.

Ok excellent :D thankyou very much :D just one more question if I make all the copies ie all three does it matter wheather it is all signed in pen on all the documents in stead of being a photocopied signature

So in other words can we have original signature on all documents rather than potocopied ? :)

You will need original signatures on all the documents that get sent in the I-129F Packet. So, both the G-325A, the letters of intent and the I-129F form, they all need to be signed. The copies you make of those are mostly to keep for yourself, so no, they don't need to be signed - photocopies are perfectly fine.

Ok thankyou very much again for all your help :) i just have a few more questions haha im very sorry for dragging this out so far but need to make sure its all ok :)

With the evidence i have supplied is an rfe likely to appear or will it be suffiicent :)

Also the fiance letters of intent

Where would i address them to would it be the dallas lockbox which is the same as the whole i129f package address or shall i use my fiancees local service center address in philly ? :)

And also in the fiance letters shall i put my consulate address in london on both letters ?

And also i have edited the portion of the letter for my petitoner on her one so that it now states :

I (petitioner ) do hearby state that i am willing and free to marry my (fiance) on his (me) arrival into the united states within the 90 day period.

Is that acceptable ? :)

Also furthermore on the i129f form ive just realised that the fiance (me) address format is not foreign country friendly

Where it states in care of name i left it blank

Where it states street name number i dont have one due to living in the english country side there fore i have put my village name sparkwell and house name greyton is that ok and will not hinder the i129f package with refusal ? Or shall i attach a peice of paper explaining my address ? :)

Again many thanks for all your help and sorry for being a pain in the ### haha

Don't forget that RFE's aren't simply because of insufficient evidence. Anything that is not per USCIS requirements will elicit an RFE, including missing signatures, photos with incorrect format, what have you. Just confirm everything is done correctly, check and double check and triple check everything, and hope for the best.

Also the fiance letters of intent

The wording seems just fine to me. On both letters, use the Dallas Lockbox address - the London Embassy address won't be needed at this time as it's not the Embassy staff that will be looking at your petition, but the USCIS worker.

Also furthermore on the i129f form ive just realised that the fiance (me) address format is not foreign country friendly

Where it states in care of name i left it blank

Where it states street name number i dont have one due to living in the english country side there fore i have put my village name XXXXX and house name XXXXX is that ok and will not hinder the i129f package with refusal ? Or shall i attach a peice of paper explaining my address ? smile.png

You mean the name/address for the alien fiance? I wouldn't leave the name blank - you can write the alien fiance's name. The addresses aren't always easy to add in, but you can attach an addendum explaining the address, if you want. Just give them something so that when your case reaches the Embassy, they will have an address to use that will work and for which the mail won't get lost.
