My wife and I have been married for 7 years. Can we still go through immigration process if we are both in the US ? She's Canadian and a daughter before we married we have a 6 year old together and she is currently 16 weeks pregnant. We want to move to the US and start the process. Can we do that through a visitors visa?

Absolutely not. Using a visitor visa to immigrate to United States is visa fraud.

The legal way is for you to file I-130s for each member of your family who is not a US citizen. The entire process will take 12-18 months. The can immigrate when the process is over and they have immigrant visas.
