Nope. St. Luke's is walk-in.

I suggest going there around 4am. Bring a jacket coz it's cold, a pen, your 2x2 photos, etc. For a complete list check Hank's guide.

And also attending CFO before the visa interview is good. I was there last week and people were tense because CFO put their applications on hold and they already have flights in 1-2 days.
