Hi!
I was wondering if I have an etsy profile where I sell my crafts online (and have had it since before moving to the USA) can I keep selling whilst I am waiting for my EAD and greencard or would this count as working? I am willing to just not sell whilst I wait, I don't want to jeopardize anything! Just curious if anyone has any experience with this or similar?

Why?

It would be illegal for her to make crafts for a business. But it would be okay for her to work at her own business? Okay for her to make money through her labor?

As long as you do not sell or advertise to sell, you can continue to make your craft.

You cannot sell your craft without work authorization. You are not authorized to work. This includes not being authorized to work at your own business.
