We still don't have any updates of our EAD and AP :(

my job offer was postponed because they required an e-verify for work. I should start training this coming April 28th but it won't happen anymore because of lacking documents. So sad.. :'( I thought I would receive an update on my EAD and AP after two weeks but unfortunately till now there's none. No update for the AOS yet too, still waiting for their schedule for interview.

If you look at the current statistics on the site, it takes an average of about 66 days from the time they receive your package or 38 days after your biometrics for the AP and EAD to be processed so that should put you somewhere over the next 10 days (Feb 23 + 66 days is Apr 29 or Apr 1 + 38 days is May 8).

I'm about the same timeframe (Feb 21 + 66 days is Apr 27 or my biometrics Mar 20 + 38 days is also Apr 27). I'm hoping to receive news on mine sometime next week.

Day 00 AOS sent by Fedex Feb 20, 2014

Day 01 received Feb 21, 2014
Day 04 NOA1 Feb 24, 2014

Wouldn't panic too much if those numbers go over though.. my EAD/AP didn't process until 46/47 days after my biometrics.

Good luck! Getting a licence sorted out is one of the things I'm looking forward to getting once this AOS is out of the way :)
