Hey everyone we just got our petition approve today from nsc. So i mailed our petition on jan 24 2014 in arizona and they receive it on the 27th which is also our pd date and I think got transfered to nsc on the same day. Got our noa1 in the mail on february 3. On february 10 check our status online and said something about alien number has been change and today feb 11 my wife check it online and it say petition has been approve. I didnt get it expedited or anything. Maybe because im in the military that it got approve quickly, I dont know or maybe I guess we just got lucky. Good luck to everyone thats still waiting in nsc. Dont lose hope

Congratulations.

I'm guessing maybe it is because you're in the military because that was very very fast. Either way, that's great news. You don't have to endure the long wait like everyone else

01.08.2014 - Case # and IIN; submitted DS-261; NVC asked for 2 contact #s of beneficiary

01.09.2014 - AOS fee billed

01.14.2014 - AOS fee showed paid
