Expedited request to process I-129F K1 visa application?

I saw this page at the USCIS website regarding expedited processing: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

I don't really see where that applies to my filing an I-129F application for K1 visa, but I want to make sure I am not missing something. Is there any hope of a speedier process? I looked at the Premium Processing Service webpage ( http://www.uscis.gov/forms/how-do-i-use-premium-processing-service ) and don't see anything there. But again... I don't want to miss anything. I posted an earlier topic regarding applying for Advanced Parole so my fiancee can attend her daughter's wedding and son's college graduation without us having to delay her entry to the USA.

I am writing a cover letter explaining the situation and asking them to expedite if at all possible -- but if there is something more official I can do, I don't want to miss it.

Thanks!

No, you found the correct expedite information. There's no premium option where you can just throw more money at the problem to make it go faster for family-based petitions.

Unfortunately there is no way to expedite :( You can explain your situation in your cover letter if you wish however that doesn't mean they will take it into consideration.

Once she gets the K1 visa she can come into the US anytime within the 6 month period. So say the wedding is 3 months after she gets her visa she can wait to come, as long as she enters before the visa expires.

The advanced parole for us took about 2 1/2 months after filing to recieve it, if that helps at all. Everyone's case is different though.

Sorry there is not too much good news for you here.
