Quick Questions: G-325A Photos and Paper Format

Hey all,

I just had two quick question about the G-325A:

1) The US passport size photos of us attached to our individual G-325A forms: Do they have to be dated to show that they're current?

I got mine done here in Germany at a photo studio that does American format photos, my fiance got his done at Walgreens in Florida.

Neither put a time stamp on the back or anything. Do we need those?

2) Do they have an issue with non-American format paper? I have both US letter format and regular European A4 to print my form G-325A and question supplement page out on. Would any one be better than the other or does it really not matter?

No need for time stamps on photo. Just make sure that the photos are similar to what you folks looks like.

I had the same issue with paper size (no wonder with that). I know they prefer "American Size", but don't worry. One or two sheets of non American is ok.

You don't need a time stamp on the passport size photos but you and your fiance(e) need your full names written on the back of each of your own. I'm not sure about the second question but I think you should go with the American paper format to be safe.

No time stamps are needed for the passport photos.

Since I (beneficiary) prepared most of our I-129F papers (I am just so much better at organizing this stuff than my husband), practically the whole package we sent in was in A4 paper size. We never had any issue.

No dates are needed on the passport photos, just your names. I also don't think the paper size is that big a deal, so what if its a little bigger.

Th german size is not that off compared to US size. But if the paper size is like 11x17 then its difficult for them to file.
