Hey all!

My I130 has transferred on 12/31/13 to TSC and I am still waiting for NOA2

Today, I just called USCIS for the recent update information.

HOWEVER! The automated voice told me "You have to wait 180 days after transferred"

So I talked one of representative and she told me same thing...

What is going on??????

We were told 60 days. Our case was transferred to CSC and got approved in about 5 days.

They are just telling you the standard time. Sometimes it doesn't take that long.

Got the same message from them also and too bad no tier-2 for you.

And the USCIS e-Request webpage says the same thing.

Oh well I'll see if my congresswoman and senator can get anywhere. (fingers crossed)
