On March 28, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

This is my status on USCIS, but I still have not received anything from NVC? From what I research you should receive an invoice and request for AOS from them usually in 30 days- its over 30 days? We started this process in February. I have tried calling them but it is always busy? Should I just wait it out or try to contact them another way (I already emailed them- no reply).

CALL them, waiting for email may only slow down your process. (call late at night , they are open till midnight )

December 2013 Spreadsheet

NOA1-12/5/2013

NOA2-8/11/2014

Scan date-11/12/2014

Case Complete - 12/30/2014

any updates on February filers? :clock:

I think NO, but USCIS is moving although very slow.

Some people whose PD is April or March got approval already, but averagely, I imagine USCIS is now processing people in the middle of November.

(A couple of petitioners on the Nov thread got approval on this weekend)

At that pace, we would be approved on August or September.

I hope it'll be faster, because they announce that 5 months :clock:

I hate to think that USCIS is content with just approving someone who applied recently and reduced the average period to 5 months...

"5 months" should be for all except for in cases additional check is needed

Hi AlexandCarlos19,

I saw Nebraska processing time here

http://www.visajourney.com/content/times on your right you will see "current processing time" and you will also see the section where it says I-130 IR1/CR1 & K-3 Visa Nebraska is NSC....as of today they are working on January 12 2014. I checked yesterday and it said they were working on January 2, 2014. It seems that they're doing their job there! If any question don't hesitate and ask me!

I can relate to your feeling as well :( I hope this nightmare end soon for all of us. What I don't understand is why it has to be this long for the approval only.

I agree with you :(. Gosh it is hard for us. But do you think a background check take all this long? Lol I got a background check for my citizenship and it took less than a month. But anyway lets sit and wait...
