I'm expecting to fly out very soon as my fiancée is going in to hospital, my interview was a week ago today and the visa was issued on the 3rd what's going on when will I get my passport back it's been so long already. I paid for the home delivery service, what's the average wait for home delivery I need to getting very anxious I emailed the dx but they said this

In response to your email, we could not locate any delivery for your on our system. On the other hand the only delivery we could locate for your is via the CSC company. CSC company is responsible for taking fees for visa deliveries and not DX.

CSC company uses our company to make deliveries on their behalf. If you have made the payment online then you are meant to receive an email from CSC company to advise you when your delivery is due.
