We paid the visa app fees...Although we don't have any packet or instruction from the us embassy.... what is next to do? Can we schedule now the medical and interview.

no need to wait for the letter coming from the embassy. you can now fill up the ds 160 form and submit and you can already schedule for interview. for medical, there is no appointment but you can pre register now at slec website.

I intend to be with him on his interview because I need to buy some stuff for our coming wedding. I don't know what is the earliest appt they can give us.

have you visted ustraveldocs.com/ph yet? it is where you can schedule appointment. And as of this moment, earliest possible schedule is feb.10 but of course your fiance has to have his medical first. as much as possible, at least 4 to 10 days before interview.

It usually takes 12-24 hours before you can schedule the interview after paying the visa fee.

Medical is first come first served, best you can do there is pre-register online.

Follow the flashing arrow for more details.

Hank do you think we need to reschedule my fiance interview. He will have his interview on Feb 12 and medical on Feb 6 manila time.

No. Embassy states to allow 5-7 days between the medical and interview, so you should be fine.
