Doubt on things that may get in the way of K-1

Hello!

Taking the first steps towards applying for the K-1, I've gotten worried about a few things and I thought maybe someone here could clear it up for me :) I looked, but didn't find any specific information about these things.

1 - My fiance and I are both very young. We have just started college in our respective countries (I plan to start it over in the US). Is there a prejudice against that normally? I assume that they can't deny my visa because of our age and academic situation, but just to make sure... Should we be careful with something? We have his family to sponsor us.

2 - My B-2 tourist visa has just expired, and I was thinking of renewing it in case something goes wrong with the K-1 and they don't give me my B-2 again. Does that seem suspicious to them, getting a B-2 right before filing for a K-1?

3 - Last time I went to the US, last year, I forgot to turn in that little paper when I left, I think the I-94? I did not overstay, but I still have that paper and it says that if you don't turn it in that might be in the way of me entering the US in the future. How bad is that? I have my flight ticket proving that I returned, too.

I might be a little paranoid, but I hope you guys understand. We just really want this to work, as everyone else does.

Thank you in advance!

1. Not a problem. Keep in mind uni in the US is very expensive.

2. Not a problem.

3. Not a problem, they know you left from the flight manifest.
