I filled out I864 and provided 3yrs tax transcripts. Isnt that enough?

Isnt employment letter only requirement for primary sponsor.

I ask because my job uses the work number.

Plus when I sponsored my wife I didnt send employment letter.

The petitioner is concerned that there will be RFE.

I said there shouldn't.

What you guys think?

The petitioner is right. You're the joint sponsor so it means that the petitioner's income alone does not meet the poverty guidelines and this is where you come in. You have to prove that you meet the poverty guidelines ( 125% ) so you must have a job or assets to support the immigrant-to-be. Even though you're the joint sponsor you have to prove that you have income, you can do so with either an employment letter or paystubs.
