Help totally confused now. DOS said file is now at embassy but NVC status not changed...

Totally confused right now as u just called DOS and they said file is at embassy but my online status says it's still at NVC. I told him that and asked him to confirm this and he said 'u don't see what I see sir it's at the embassy' #######

1) You don't need to be posting multiple topics on the issue.

2) The system's not always updated on time or the like. It may very well be at the Embassy for all we know, just not logged in the system yet. Patience.

I wondered if that wasn't the case...it was actually already at embassy. Was this your first call to DOS? Just carry on with the instructions since they say it is there. You've waited a long time.

Thanks for your reply Nich-nick. Found out it was still at NVC which was a bit of a downer but we are used to that now. Just spoke to a guy today at the NVC and he said its no longer in AP they are just waiting to ship it out now. He also said cases normally take between 10 to 20 working days now to ship out.
