My fiance lives in Baja California, Mexico. But the I 129F forms seemed geared toward U.S. style of writing an address. On 129F line 3a through 3i is as follows:

3a: In Care of Name____________

3b: Street Number and Name_________

3c: apt suite flor [check box]

3d: City or Town_________

3e: State _____ 3f: Zip Code_____

3g: Postal Code__________

3h: Province____________

3i Country___________

questions:

1) is there a difference between Zip Code vs. Postal Code?

2) How do write a Mexican address that is for EXAMPLE as follows (as an example of mexican ID):

Minie Mouse

Av. Feliz 7777

FRACC VISTA CHULA 99999

TIJUANA, BC.

FRACC STANDS FOR Fraccionamiento (I don't even know what that is).

3) I went to go see her last weekend and we filled out a G-325a (Bio). i had her sing (BUT HER STYLE OF SINGING LOOKS LIKE PRINT AS IT APPEARS IN MEXICAN id). I include the G-325a with the 129f, correct?

4) She is going to email me (which I am going to print at Walgreens) photos of her head shot. How close do they need to be to Passport pictures.

Thanks for the help!!!!!

My answers to your questions are in caps after each question.

My fiance lives in Baja California, Mexico. But the I 129F forms seemed geared toward U.S. style of writing an address. On 129F line 3a through 3i is as follows:

3a: In Care of Name____________

3b: Street Number and Name_________

3c: apt suite flor [check box]

3e: State _____ 3f: Zip Code_____

3g: Postal Code__________

3h: Province____________

3i Country___________

questions:

1) is there a difference between Zip Code vs. Postal Code?

NO, THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE. THEY BOTH MEAN THE SAME.

2) How do write a Mexican address that is for EXAMPLE as follows (as an example of mexican ID):

PERHAPS YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE WHO IS EITHER MEXICAN OR KNOWS HOW MEXICAN ADDRESSES ARE SETUP.

Minie Mouse

Av.

YES.

4) She is going to email me (which I am going to print at Walgreens) photos of her head shot. How close do they need to be to Passport pictures.

I WOULD SUGGEST THAT SHE GO TO SOMEPLACE THAT HAS A PHOTO STUDIO THAT CAN TAKE "PASSPORT" PHOTOS. THE BACKGROUND COLOR HAS TO BE SPECIFIC AND THE HEADSHOT MUST BE SPECIFIC TO MEET USCIS GUIDELINES. I HAD MY PICS TAKEN AT WALMART. THERE SHOULD BE SOME STORES/BUSINESS THAT WILL TAKE PASSPORT PHOTOS.

Thanks for the help!!!!!

BEST OF LUCK!

Use the address as below, don't worry about the "fraccionamiento" part, that usually is used to locate the neighborhood she lives in. However, if you want to use the whole address, I suggest you leave that blank and and write with pen after you print because it will not let you type the whole thing because not enough characters are provided.

"In care of" is only used if mailing it to someone else's address

Minie Mouse

Avenida. Feliz 7777

Yes, not sure why the USCIS changed everything to a US format when they put out this new form edition. The foreign fiance(e) would have a foreign address, so it was bad form design on their part.

Put:

Minnie Mouse <- name is listed above in #2

3a: In Care of Name____________ <- blank

3b: Street Number and Name: Av. Feliz 7777, FRACC VISTA CHULA

3c: apt suite flor [check box ]<- blank

3d: City or Town: TIJUANA

3e: State: B.C. 3f: Zip Code__________<- blank

3g: Postal Code: 99999

3h: Province____________<- blank

3i Country: MEXICO

Fraccionamiento is the neighborhood/building style/type. If it does not fit, then hand-write neatly or use a separate attachment sheet for the address.

Whatever her legal signature is works, and yes you include it with the I-129F petition. She will also need her signature on her letter of intent too. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide
