I received the NOA2 for the i-129f for my fiance and now im just prepping the rest of the documents that we need.

In regards to the required income, I did not make enough in 2013 to be above the poverty line (roughly 15000) meaning I would probably need a co-sponsor.

At the beginning of this year a started a new job where I am making enough that I am comfortably above the required salary(roughly 22000).

So I guess my question is, do you guys think ill need a co-sponsor? Or will I be fine by myself.

It will depend on the CO. They have sole discretion. Since your job is so new, you may want to go ahead and provide the documents for a co-sponsor to be on the safe side.

Since you just started your work, you may want to include a co-sponsor just in case. They may decide that your income and relatively new position is good enough, and not even need your co-sponsor. But you should have one anyways to be safe if they do ask you for one.

A house can be listed, yes. It won't necessarily be accepted though, and you need an appraisal along with your mortgage documentation to prove net value. Assets that would cause a hardship if liquified are not accepted. Selling the only home you live in could be considered a hardship. The CO has the sole discretion to decide what they deem adequate enough proof that the beneficiary will not become a public charge. So, telling someone listing their house will mean that they will not need a co-sponsor is not really something you can say for sure.
