If you check the NSC and TSC processing times, you will notice there is nothing listed for fiance visas- becase they no longer process these petitions. so I am unsure where you are getting shorter processing times from?

All applications go by receipt date and your reciept date is given by TSC or NSC when it arrives before being sent to CSC.

Where are you getting the processing times? NSC, and TSC don't show I-129F or I-130 family petitions on their pages.

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Proc...Center=Nebraska (Not seeing 129F or 130)

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Proc...iceCenter=Texas (Nothing here either)

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Proc...nter=California (Shows June)

If anything TSC, and NSC should be slightly longer, because TSC, and NSC have to send them to CSC.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Are you talking about the processing times shown on this site? Those are just averages, worked out from the details people who have filed to each service center have entered on their timeline. The average processing time shown on here changes daily, and the number of days shown for CSC/NSC/TSC fluctuate - sometimes one might appear to be a lot faster or slower than the other two, but that'll just be because the length of time it takes to get approved varies from case to case - CSC is processing them all anyway!

Damn, that explanation didn't make much sense, but I knew what I meant!

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png
