hello, so i have a question. when do i need to sent my income taxes in ? I got a REF today and all it asking for pictures of our marriage, birth certificated, and marriage certificated. but they did not ask for my income taxes yet ? so should I sent that with my REF or just wait for them to ask for it ? .

If you had been married for a few years and filed your taxes "married filing jointly" with your spouse, this could count as bona fide marriage evidence. If you have not done this because you haven't been married long enough (or never filed MFJ) you do not have it to send.

Hello. Thank u for the advice :) I file my taxes married but separate because my husband is not here and has never been to America. Also, we have been married for just under two years :) I have emails logs and phone logs and pictures. But that is about it
