I know that we've still got people in March waiting at NSC and TSC. Heck, we know there are still people from Feb. and before who are still waiting. But if about 1/3 of the petitions being approved are doing it in 5-6 months, Hey, look, they kept their promise by May. With the out of order processing at the other service centers, that seems to be what we're looking at.

I applied for our i130 back on July 15th 2013. Arizona lock box. I received my NOA1 for my wife around July 30th. But for some reason, they didn't send one back for her daughter. Come to find out USCIS not only managed to put the wrong birthdate for my wife, but they also managed to put the wrong street name on my wifes daughters application. They didn't FINALLY correct this info until I spoke with a supervisor at USCIS. By 11/18/13 they corrected the info the wrongly transferred from my applications to their database. This was all being done out of the Missouri Service Center. I got pissed because of the mistakes & decided to go to my congressman's office and complain around 11/11/13. I'm not sure if it was because of my congressman contacting their liaison at USCIS, or if it was because I asked for an expedite because of the Philippines Typhoon, but USCIS did what I asked....which was to transfer the file to a service center that wasn't as backed up. The Texas Service Center.

Once the file made it there, an RFE was issued on around 11-25-13. They wanted proof of our marriage like written affidavits, bank records, shared properties, basically anything that would show we had a real marriage. Since it was difficult to get notarized signed affidavits from family in the Philippines, and since it took so long to get those originals back here in the states, I finally got the package back to USCIS on 12-31-13. I just called them this week, and then said they'd have a response for me in writing by 1-20-14. I'm sure I'll get a text and I can just see the msg on the USCIS website if I just do a case number search. I just hope it gets approved and then the package will be sent to the State Dept for processing of her Visa & setting up an interview date in the Philippines. Or....at least that's what I think is next in the procedure.

Hope this helps give you some insight to how things are flowing for some of us at the Texas service center

Does anyone know the name of director or email for California specifically?

Found their physical address on some lawyer's website

US Citizenship and Immigration Services
California Service Center
24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor
Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

Note in the heading of the letter and on the envelope: "FOR THE PERSONAL ATTENTION OF THE DIRECTOR."

On other hand found this on USCIS...he may be director overseeing all service centers. I think he should be made aware of the fact they are not honoring the 60 day transfer notice...

http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/leadership/donald-neufeld-associate-director-service-center-operations.

I am assuming his email would be (based on first/last name) Donald.Neufeld@dhs.gov

Gonna loose mind today....serenity prayer in order now.

Did you get feedback from other CSC transferees to see if there are others with 60+ day delays ? I saw quite a few cases from march through july that have been waiting at Cali for 8+ weeks post transfer. However, considering not very many folks responded to this thread, I'm inclined to believe that perhaps a vast majority of those who input data into our sheets never registered their outcomes once they got done. This would explain why those cases appear as pending but are not really pending

Wife and I will be praying for a fast resolution for you and your better half.

My responses on this thread in previous weeks were not meant to incriminate the integrity of the petition or the background of your relationship.

A guess so as to why you might be held up may possibly be because India is a high risk country and your case was tapped into some sort of a crappy lottery where they routinely apply artificial delays and scrutiny. Kind of like stop and frisk or random TSA checks.

Good luck to you !!
