Hi guys I just called the nvc they said we receive your file on Jan 13 allow us 20 business days to put everything in computer its really gonna take that long and how I can get my case number please thanks

The NVC unfortunately only has one keyboard, so all of their operators have to share; this is why it takes so long for case information to be entered into the system.

I called today myself and was told they received my file on the 10th (USCIS said they sent it Dec.24th) and to allow at least 9 more days. That's right one keyboard with everyone working there typing at oncecray5ol.gif

They have a rota system, so everyone gets to use the keyboard a couple of times a day.
