My Peruvian husband and I are doing the I-130 and G-325A right now but we are having doubts about the address. In Peru, they don't have states. The country is broken into cities, and he lives in Lima. So for the part on the G-325A where it asks for his address, there is a space for the city, then the state, then the country. What should I put for the state line? Similarly in the the I-130, in line 2, it asks for the "Town or City" and the "State/Country." How should I go about filling those in?

When we did it, we put the province. My wife is from Tarapoto, which is in the province of San Martin. So we put San Martin interchangeably for both state and county.
