Case on it's way to Haitian consulate

Hey VJers,

My case is now on it's way to the embassy in Haiti and I'm now in the process of acquiring everything my fiance needs for packet 3 (or 3.5 whichever it's called). That being said I had some questions for those have recently gone through this step or who are in the same boat as me.

1) Is the medical+vaccines still about $295 as stated on the consulate review page?

2) Is there a fee for the police report?

3) Does Haiti Messenger charge a fee for anything?

I'm just trying to budget myself according while I wait to hear from the embassy. I know I could contact them but I've read how people have had difficulty getting through in the past, which is why I'm starting with VJ 1st before attempting to contact them.

I've attached mtcmk1 template cover letter so you all can see the guide I'm using. I know things can change, which is why I've attached it to see if there's anything I'm missing from this list that is needed now for 2014.

I'm doing a visa for residency but the medical fees should be about the same. They are $150 for an adult that doesn't need vaccinations...and around $300 if you need vaccinations is what I am being told.

Haiti Messanger fee is $20

Not sure on the police report yet. Haven't gotten that far:)

For my template. Just make sure you are not including the originals in the packet you qill send to HM (except for the Extrait and the interview fee receipt.) Take the originals with you to the interview :-)

There is a 20USD fee for HM once you drop off the package.

The police report cost us about 27HTG, which is a "timbre" you pay for at DGI before going to DCPJ.

It may be a little more now, but not by much.

Th interview fee is 240USD and the visa fee is 15USD.
