I checked your timeline and your case is at USCIS. Your PD is May 10, 2013, USCIS is transferring all the petition around the service centers. Not sure but your case should be approved by next month.
Your wife can travel to PAK meanwhile your case is in processing. However, after approval NVC will ask for tax return and she still can support you.

Not sure what you are trying to ask here

Tax year starts from Jan 01 to Dec 31 ---> not like ( feb 2013 to feb 2014)

2013 year finished :)

Did she already file a tax for 2013 (not 2014) ?? If yes, then she will need to send Affidavit of support with 2013 year documents like (Tax return, W2) with current job (2014) documents like (Job letter, pay stubs).

If not, then she will need to send Affidavit of support with 2012 year documents (same as above).

Suggestion: I don't know how much your wife made last year. if its enough to support you, then its really good. She will not need any sponsor for you. If she made it less money then she will need joint sponsor ..mean more documents and more headache.... so better, she travel at your interview time and take the interview together.

90% all PAKI guys put in the AP process, so my suggestion is take the interview together and show more confidence to visa officer that you are a real couple.

good luck

You need to get your wife or someone who speaks - write English to post your question . You are wasting everyone's time

No, tax returns from last year without current income is not enough. The income for the affadavit of support must be CURRENT and ONGOING, and hit cannot be from Pakistan either. So she would need to go back to the USA, and get a job, pretty soon going by current timelines for your visa. OR- if she can get a US based co-sponsor, that would work too.
