Hi,

I am planning in sending my I-129F in for my fiance in 2 days and just have a few questions with anyone who has experience...

1- Section 5 of the I-129F, since it doesnt apply, shoudl I just leave the whole thing blank? Or write n/a somewher within it?
2-for question 34a- can I just write SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT?
3-for the alien registration number, should I just write NONE?, and the same with on the g325? since neither of us have one?
4-when I type my social security number into section 1 question 10 on the i-129f , it doesnt align with the boxes, is that ok?
5- as i look at the form in part 2, questions 4-7 on the i-129f, would it be ok to just avoid writing my fiance's other information since he has 2 passports in COUNTRY OF CITIZENSHIP as United Kingdom and Australia? Or should I really write both? We will be applying under the British one
6-when you click one of the check boxes on the form on the pdf on the computer, it looks like a X and a check mark together, is that ok? or do they want a straight X?
7- and on the letter of intent, is it ok to not put an address? was just thinking would make it easier so that they arent questioning all of our addresses too much. Because on the i-129f we have the mailing address as both of our parents homes, which is different than the ones we are living at now, but when I mail it on friday i will write COnnecticut where my parents live on the envelope just in case it isnt able to send. I just dont want too much address confusion. but i would ultimately like to put all mailing information to my parents in the USA, can that be the mailing address for his too on the i-129f?

8-Just picked up my check that was made out in usd(i am currently living in new zealand with my fiance), only problem is it doesn't have my name on it (no space for memo) and they said they can't bc that's the standard form. will that be a problem?

thank you so much to anyone who helps!

Hi,

I am planning in sending my I-129F in for my fiance in 2 days and just have a few questions with anyone who has experience...

1- Section 5 of the I-129F, since it doesnt apply, shoudl I just leave the whole thing blank? Or write n/a somewher within it? <- Leave it all blank.
2-for question 34a- can I just write SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT? <- Yes.
3-for the alien registration number, should I just write NONE?, and the same with on the g325? since neither of us have one? <- As per the I-129F instructions, if an answer is not applicable or 'none', then leave it blank.
4-when I type my social security number into section 1 question 10 on the i-129f , it doesnt align with the boxes, is that ok? <- The numbers do not line up 1 in each box? That is odd. Fill it out how their data fields are set up. Maybe it prints correctly?
5- as i look at the form in part 2, questions 4-7 on the i-129f, would it be ok to just avoid writing my fiance's other information since he has 2 passports in COUNTRY OF CITIZENSHIP as United Kingdom and Australia? Or should I really write both? We will be applying under the British one <- List the one they will be applying with and passport they will be using and producing at the consulate when they have an interview. Perhaps make a note in an attachment about having duel citizenship.
6-when you click one of the check boxes on the form on the pdf on the computer, it looks like a X and a check mark together, is that ok? or do they want a straight X? <- Again, that sounds odd for the data fields. Is your pdf reader program up to date? Leave it however it marks the box when you click it.
<- Address are not required. 8-Just picked up my check that was made out in usd(i am currently living in new zealand with my fiance), only problem is it doesn't have my name on it (no space for memo) and they said they can't bc that's the standard form. will that be a problem? <- As long as it is the correct amount($340) and 'Paid to' is written out correctly to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, should be okay.
