Assembling AOS

So I'm preparing everything for my AOS, and I looked through VJ's preparation guide, but it doesn't say anywhere that I need to provide a copy of the I-129F package I sent originally, or send evidence of our ongoing relationship.. is this needed? Thanks

The latest fee for AOS is I-485 $985 + $85 biometric fee for a total of $1070

You only need to include in your AOS the I-129F approval I-797C (NOA2).

That is correct. The K-1 visa is complete, finished. Be sure to include a copy of your I-129F petition approval notice (Form I-797) "NOA2" with your AOS application.

That being said, should you have the opportunity for an AOS interview,I would suggest that you consider bringing every shred of paper that you have accumulated related your immigration journey. The IO at the interview can, and may, ask to view any of your previously submitted documents. It is also mentioned in the AOS interview appointment checklist.

For example, the IO at our AOS interview wanted to see my original divorce decrees and our relationship photos. Thankfully, I had brought them along with about six inches of other immigration-related paperwork. It would have been a heck of a time for an RFE.....
