Where can old or previous versions of USCIS forms be downloaded? ie, I'm having trouble filling some fields on newest forms on computer but older version of the same form let me fill as I want. Please guide where to download? Thanks.

Are you sure they'd accept old forms though? I've read in VJ, i think, that they don't accept some of the older ones now they're replaced with newer ones.

I'm the beneficiary.

Want to know what's happening with your case? Here's the USCIS tracking page (get an account and see if the case's been 'touched'!). Don't get your hopes up though, some cases never even appear there despite being successfully processed.

Same problem here for my stepdaughter, while I had the old form to keep track of her employment, addresses, trips as we went along, tried to download the latest with Firefox with no success. Then I tried Microsoft Explorer, then it worked. Than at times neither would work so used a computer with the latest version of Windows and that would work.

Then at times nothing will work, so would try downloading at 3:00 am with success or none at all, so would just wait for the next day. This only happens with government forms, like for the IRS or the USCIS, never have problems with any other *.pdf forms. Ha, look at Obamacare.

Just concluded, we have idiots running this country. While the forms are exactly the same, some super strict agent may reject your applications, because you didn't use the latest date of these forms. Ran into this also so don't want to risk it.
