In the process of change of Status for the wife and her 2 daugters already here. Her oldest, 19, is still back in Colombia, we would like to bring her here late in 2014 or next year, understand we can do it under the wife until the daughter is 21, what complicates matters is the daughter has a baby, 1.5 years old, would want to bring her here too but not sure if that is possible. No issues with the father's OK.

hi

were you married to her mother before her 18th birthday? if so you can file for her, but there are no derivatives for immediate relatives, so she would have to leave her child behind

in that case, if her mom is already a LPR or when she becomes a LPR, she can file for her daughter and her grandchild will come as a derivate in her petition
