hi all my mom is my 2 sister's petitioner she doesn't work no income,she is our dependant on 2012 tax,my hasband filled tax jointly and i dont work,i know my mom will fill out I864 she lives with us as house hold member so my hasband need to fill I864A or he will fill I864 and do i need fill I864A with my hasband or not as i dont work when i petitioned my mom i filled I864 and my hasband did I864A with me as house hold member.this time im just confused we paid aos fee for both please tell me how should we do correctly thanks

you mom will file the i864 and your husband another i864.

you don't work so you won't be combining your income.

Your husband will also fill 864 but if he doesn't make enough money then your mother would need another joint/co sponsor.
