My AOS sent to California!!!!!!

Hey everybody

i left a comment yesterday in VJ ,and someone replied say that maybe i m one of those who will get the Green card without interview....

i had My Biometric appointement yesterday ,everything was Good,after coming home ,i cheak my emails,they say that they sent my AOS from illinois to Clifornia,i dont why???and they say they will send me a letter with the decision and i will have to follow the construction?they dont say anything about the interview?

i m so confused,help me with ur informations plz.

04-01-06 NOA 1 recieved

06-30-06 requesting more information

07-31-06 Approval recieved

08-07-06 letter from NVC sending to morocco

08-22-06 Hicham recieved packet 3

08-31-06 Medical appointment for Hicham

09-21-06 Interview at Casablanca

10-04-06 VISA RECIEVED

10-07-06 HICHAM ARRIVES IN USA

10-24-06 Went and applied for Social Security Number

10-30-06 Hicham recieved Social Security Number

11-24-06 Mail off AOS

12-05-06 Recieved NOA for AOS and Employment Authorization

12-11-06 Recieved appointment for Biometric

12-21-06 Biometric appointment

12-21-06 AOS transfered to California

01-25-07 recieved email--Green Card in production

01-30-07 Green Card received

This is most likely good news. AOS cases that are transferred to California usually are approved within a few months and without an interview.

My husband's case was transferred to California as well. This is a good thing.

Patience, sometimes we all have to be patient and wait and see. Give it a few weeks, we are going into a holiday period so some things mey slow down a bit.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

April 16 Biometrics done

July 10 Green card production ordered

Feb 04 NOA date

Feb 24 Biometrics

May 5 Interview - Centennial (Denver, Colorado) Passed

June 10 Oath Ceremony - Teikyo Loretto Heights, Denver, Colorado

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived

Our AOS was sent back to california for the 2nd time... I wonder what that means??.... Rachid's EAD was approved .... lets hope that means no interview too......
