I have this problem, on Nov. 12, USCIS sent me my NOA2 and I havent received it after 5 weeks, I called USCIS and they told that the post office has not returned the notice to them as undeliverable and assume it has been lost in the mail... So now I have to pay the fee 405 dollars, Anyone had this problem?? do I need the NOA2 when my Fiancee come to USA??? Please HELPPPP

I-129F sent to Dallas Lockbox: 09/03/2013


USPS Delivery Confirmation:09/05/2013


NOA1 hardcopy: 09/14/2013


Alien Registration Number: 09/24/2013


NOA2 email: 11/12/2013


NOA2 hardcopy: 04/14/14 ( I received it after 5 months, because i went to my congress and they get it for me)


TSC ships to NVC: 12/13/2013


NVC rec'd: 12/23/2013


NVC left: 12/30/2013


Consulate Received: 01/3/2014


Packet 4 Received: 03/24/2014 (E-mail)


Interview DATE: 04/23/2014


Interview Result: APPROVED :dancing: :rofl:

did you talk with an ISO, going over 'returned mail pieces' or no?

Talking with a CSR is useless ..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

ok - get on a PC, click on the Advanced Search thingie in the upper right hand corner.

When the screen changes, fill in some of the data bits..

Search terms = 'returned mail pieces'

Member Name = 'Darnell'

then click on 'Display as Posts'

and read for a few pages. I've outlined what to do, how to do.

Just curious, does your online case status show the issuance of the NOA2? If so, maybe you can print this for your record.

it only say that they approved my case and they mailed me the NOA2 , nothing else... and the my status changed on dec 13 that they shipped off to the NVC....
