Hello everyone,

My fiance and I are filling the forms for the first package of the K1 visa. We were filling the G325 and there is a part at the bottom of the form that says "aplicant: printo your name and Alien registratrion number in the box outlined by heavy border below." I am the beneficiary and my fiance is the petitioner. Whose name should be on mine? I am confused now because I thought it was his name and he thinks it should be mine. Thanks to all in advance.

Unless things have changed in the last few months, I believe you should be filling out the G325A and that BOTH of you need to fill one out and send.

Step 8-A of the I-129f instructions. Follow them carefully! http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

Each person fills out their own G-325a. Each needs the individual's information and signature. If you do not have an A# write "none"

Petitioner signs petitioner's G-325a; beneficiary signs beneficiary's G-325a. In this case the word "applicant" means "whomever's information is on this form"
