Would you consider fertility treatment receipts as proof of bonafide marriage?

My wife and I have been going through fertility treatments here in the states for the past six months. If you've read some of my posting you know my wife visited me quite a bit this year, each time about 2 months. The reason is simple: humans aren't capable of unisexual reproduction. And if you've ever gone through the pain of the shots, the blood tests, and the heartbreaking failures...

Anyway, I have all the receipts for the many thousands of dollars we spent on FT, would that also be considered evidence for bonafide marriage?

On a separate note, do you think our doctor's note describing her need to receive continual treatment would help with BP agent admitting us at POE the next time she visits using her B1/B2?

September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)

October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)

November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

July 23, 2025:  Filed N-400 online

Yes.

However, since you sent in the I-130 already, what is your plan to get this evidence in front of a Vice-Consul, prior to interview day ?

Since you sent in the I-130 already, what is your plan to get this evidence in front of a Vice-Consul, prior to interview day ?

If there was an RFE I guess, obviously for the interview at the non-profit organization called AIT that pretends to be a consulate...
