Our approved K1 application was sent to the NVC on October 30th 2013, they received it on Nov 25th 2013, but to date I have not received anything from them!

I called on Nov 29th, and learned that they have received it and it is currently in processing.

the gentleman gave me my consolate case number, visa invoice ID #, and all three visa ID #'s ( Fiance and his two boys), but they would not give me a time to completion, nor have I received any paper from them!

It's been 16 days and your trend graff said 4 days aprox, I'm shaking with worry. why is it taking so long when they already have appointed a number to everything under the sun? why havent I received a notice that they've even received it??

At this point shouldn't your fiance just contact the USA embassy in his country?

I am in the same boat as you only a week behind. I don't know if the additional paperwork would be very telling.
