Help needed...!!!

In my RFE, they have asked two things...

1) They said "you did not submit sufficient evidence that a legitimate marriage exists between my spouse and me. Therefore additional evidence is required"

I have already submitted my marriage certificate and affidavit from my relative...I do not have any other evidence since we stayed only 3 months after marraige. What other evidence should I produce to them?? :(

2) This says that i need to send passport style photos of correct specification...this is not the issue...

I am only worried about my first point...what to do now??

Hardik.....u can send some pics of marriage ceremony, pics of ur honeymoon, receipt of rail booking or air booking when u both traveled together, copy of health care insurance if u included her name in ur policy, etc.....

These all i would recomment but do send marriage ceremony pics abt 4-6 specifically phera and mangalsutra pics........i think these would be enough...

Hello guys,

I just got of the phone from USCIS and I was told that VSC is still working on files for September 25 and this information was there for ages. I was told that to get our case approved it will approximately take another three to four month. This is getting ridiculous! I am just annoyed with the whole system. Please share your findings if anyone of you rang the center

Thanks

If they r working on Sep 25, how come an Oct 22 2013 filer get RFE ???? This is a typical response from all Customer care people and they just see in the computer and say what is posted in USCIS website. I think they r moving ahead for Oct filers and i guess may be when they publish processing dates this month around 20-22nd of this month or first week of June, it should be around Oct 25 2013.....Lets see guys
