Unfortunately, VSC is moving backward not forward therefore, all we have to do is patiently wait and pray to God that something miracle happens. Hang in there we are all in this situation together. :)

Hmmm... I thought that because of retrogression, CSC will slower their approval but not, Ive known some friends who just filed last week of April and hola! Got their approval after 3 weeks! This is the reason why we are repeatitively encountering this retrogression because the other service center approves so fast while here comes another that delays approval of those who filed first. Hmmm... Keep praying guys! Lets hope for the best! Godbless us!

They updated on site about my case that they have received my evidence on 21st may and 'll start processing on that basis. They have given a processing time of 60 days.

One more thing, we called them to ask about my case upgradation from relative of LPR to USC. They said it's already upgraded on 24th March but notification for that is not given to me. That sounds bit odd...but Ya they confirmed that my case is running on the basis of USC.

hello hardik! I wanna know how to upgrade the case from F2a to IR1? Our case is with the NVC now. Do we just need to call the NVC and pass the proof of citizenship of the USC (my husband) or is there a form to fill up for that? And how long will it take to upgrade a case? Thanks in advance! You should not loose hope...infact we should wait for them to update the date of last processed case on website...

They say processing of USC cases take 5 months now and when my case was based on PR it was also 5 months...now it's been 7 months n still no approval...
