Petition While In USA Visiting

Hi, I realize this question has been addressed elsewhere, but we have a question about a nuance I haven't been able to find answered.

The beneficiary is currently visiting me from France. We are filing the Petition I-129f. Part 2, question 15 asks if the person is currently in the USA. The answer is yes, so we need to fill out the information. However, we don't know what to put for "I-94 arrival/departure record number" as is requested for question 15.b. Moreover, we don't know what to put for "Travel Document Number" as is requested by question 15.f (the passport number is requested in 15.e, so it is odd if the form asks the same question twice in a row).

She entered the USA as normal tourist/visitor, she doesn't have a special Visa number or documentation. What should we put for those specific questions (15.b and 15.f)? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Did she enter under VWP? If so maybe you' should write N/A under I-94 as they are not given to tourists on vwp.

With regards to the travel document number maybe this will help

Why was this moved? She doesn't have a Work, Student, or Tourist VISA as she entered part of the Visa Waiver Program and this question relates to the K-1 application process.

Sorry I read your question was she was adjusting from tourist visa which the Visa Waiver Program fall under. If she is returning home and you are filling for the FIance(e) Visa I can move you back.

No worries. Yes, she is returning home and we are filing the petition. Thanks for moving the post back. Cheers.

Yes. She comes from France under the 30-day VWP. So no number for 15.b makes sense.

Now, for 15.f, you think it is the ESTA application number?

I think so

The I-94 number is electronic now, and can be found here:

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov

Where it asks for Class of Admission, that's usually WT (temporary visitors for pleasure).

Someone entering the US on the VWP (ESTA) will have an I-94 Record Number.
