So I had my interview yesterday and was given a 221g form by CO requesting for additional evidence of relationship but then I checked my application online and realised that it had changed from Ready to Administrative processing. Does anyone given a 221g form goes under administrative processing??am just wondering...............

Well we submitted 100 pages of whatsapp chat, 20 screen shots of Facebook chat and pictures showing engagement and all the comments, 12 pages of yahoo screen shots,15 pages of phone records showing calls made back and forth (clearly highlighted),63 album pictures of me and her with families and friends, letters of support from her sis, my mom and cousin, proof of me stated as her spouse and emergency contact on her employee profile , card I sent her on Val's day, receipt of restaurant that we had lunch plus she was with me at the embassy but the rude and mean co wasn't satisfied. I wonder what she wants to see, crazy!

Yh we have a new interview date on 2nd January.i would make sure we submit double wat we sent earlier and add all our money gram receipts and receipt of where we are currently lodging together and more letters of support. Maybe someone on here can give me more ideas of what to add. Personally I think the co was just being rude n mean cuz she barley went through everything before making a decision. U might get lucky n meet a co who is mch patient

So sorry to hear this. I went through a similar experience at the same Embassy 3 months ago with my fiance and mine did not end well but I wish you nothing but the best.

Just go back on the date assigned and hand them everything you brought plus anything else you can think of. If you are going with the petitioner please display as much affection as you can and also please hand in evidence to the person that comes through when you are in line so that the CO will have it by the time you get to the window. Best of Luck to you and yours.

Well we submitted ... proof of me stated as her spouse and emergency contact on her employee profile ...

Forgive me if I'm misunderstanding, but to me that would be a bit weird. You're not her spouse yet, you're her fiance. Is there any chance the CO is thinking you've already married, if you're claiming her already as your spouse, when a K-1 cannot yet be married. Just noticed that, but I dunno what the norm is for your embassy.

Relationship since April 2006

K-1 Visa: I-129F filed November 6, 2012, NOA2 May 17, 2013, Interview and Approval July 24, 2013

AOS filed November 19, 2013, EAD/AP received January 30, 2014, interview and AOS Approval on February 27, 2014.

N400 filed September 14, 2023, same day acceptance and Biometric Reuse notice, Interview on 2/13/24: Passed and same day oath. ALL DONE WITH USCIS.

well we provided that to prove that I was going to be on her insurance after we get married, her work knows about that already thats why that was included so I dont think that should have been a problem, just the CO been mean!
