I'm not Zach..I'm Katiuska (Beneficiary), and as I mentioned on my previous post, I said I wish to pull my curly hair out..that is me actually trying to point out that I'm the girl in the picture...and as I mentioned on my Signature *I am the beneficiary*..

And Yes, my advice, if you like to take it or not, is to contact your state Senators and better yet Your Congressman...They do help!!! They put up 2 Congressional Inquiries on my case...and a week later they contacted me saying that... USCIS/TSC told them that I would be receiving approval in one week or 2. Which I did..

And, before you guys mention about my Indian friend not doing so..It's because She's the beneficiary and her husband doesn't want to . It's complicated...Just living it there!

Have anyone ever heard that we can email the service centers directly to inquirw about our case? I was told i can email NSC @ nscfollowup.ncs@dhs.gov they have up to 21 days to respond and if they don't I can email USCIS head quarters called Scopsscota@dhs.gov and get them involved

CBO, keep in mind,

when your case is under security checks with outside agency like FBA or something, Service Center can hardly do anything, they will review your file once they gonna get the result of that security check until then no one can do anything.

And yes it can help few lucky people who are not stuck with pending security checks...

but again, use your all options and keep record, alt east you will have a strong case to plea if GOD FORBID anything goes wrong for much longer

thanks axs.. You see this is why i dont believe this security check b.s. Because last year before cancelling my k1 petition we had security check and it was quick, fine, and easy, so between last year on now do they think we have committed some major crime. Edited August 16, 2014 by CBO

You are right, that was my first conclusion if you review my posts, they just want to keep the avg. right (5 months) for that they skip cases and label them as additional review and security checks,

but problem is, we can not prove them wrong. It can be a genuine Security check or just a cover..who knows

but Good luck, email them and lets see, fingers crossed
