Must have some reason.

He was in the army.

Or he is too rich that if his spouse does not join him soon, the whole country will lost a big amount of money.

Yeah right, even petitioner or beneficiary doesn't know the reason for this expedite but USCIS knows

And same holds true for us but for delay

For reaching the five-month AVERAGE goal, they must do something once and for all.

One case like this can neutralize lots of delayed cases.

Hey, here you can find a letter along with email addresses that we want to send to tomorrow (Monday).

We should join this action and ask our family members to do it too.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/508457-lengthening-wait-times-letter/

ow. two more things, if you can think of any other places-emails we should email it - add it to the list :) and we need to use different subjects lines for the email so they don't take it for a spam...

are you in ??

p.s. even if you are approved at uscis you still should join, because nvc is backlogged right now too..

Hello to all my fellow December filers,

Well it looks like I have not missed too much unfortunately. At this point we have filed 3 service request all giving the same BS answer. One was over the phone, the other online and the most recent one was through our congressman. Two of them stated the usual 90 day #######, and one of them gave an unkown time frame, yay, don't you just love those ;) .

We contacted the ombudsman for case assistance, and now my husband is contacting all the senators he can.

This process is breaking me. I just can't believe that after 8 years of marriage and three kids we have to go through this #######. I have never had any dealings with USCIS, I have visited the US with my husband several times, never had any problems. This separation is crushing my husband. He has already missed two of our childrens birthdays, the third is coming up. And then our wedding anniversary is in November and of course we will be in two different continents for that. This is what you get for trying to do things the legal way!

I can feel it, :( its horrible...

What i know, if the case is under additional review or security checks, no one can do anything. You need to wait. Sad but true.

Your should had filed adjustment of status when you visited US. This is the best thing one can do during current scenarios. Let them take their time, after all family reunion is most important. And now i am hearing rumors after DACA illegal immigrants Obama is planning to make more illegal immigrant legal. He will use executive order may be to pass that bill...

Today I am nervous and anxious because I am just about to leave to go to the airport to see my husband for the first time in over 350 days… I can't help but feel that it shouldn't be this way. That we should already be living together and starting our life together by now and not that I should be nervous about seeing him because so much time has passed.

Anyways… beside that I am super excited and am going to try and not log on and check until he leaves London on the 23rd. Wishing you all the very best of luck and I hope the next time I log on I can see that we have all been approved and I can inform you of the same !!!!!

Thanks I don't know how much help info pass will be. Still thinking about canceling the appt.

So true, its horrible, have to work hard to keep ourselves positive.

InfoPass experience for me was not good at all. You can try your luck may be you get some one good.

But they give least possible information. I believe that's how they earn Pay Raise Points.

Yas nanana we did do it via e form, we used this link: https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx

If your husband is outside the US then he will not be able to. My husband had tried the link before while he was in London visiting and it did not work.

I cannot believe you have not seen your husband in almost a year. But i do believe this process will make your love stronger. If you can get through this, you can overcome anything together.

Wishing you all the best.
