Hi, I hope some one can help me with the following question,

Due that NVC is taking too long processing my husband (he is from Honduras & lives in Canada) papers, by the time we get the interview appointment, the police certificate from Honduras is going to be expired.

Do we need an other certificate? we have to paid $500 for the certificate each time we get it and we already requested 3 since we started the process, my husband had not travel to Honduras in the last 2 years.

Thank you

Can you please tell me how Im new to this web site and the process

I don't know if you are already aware of the NVC website, but I am going to give you some links that you may find useful to you to find out the specifics of your country including police certificate information.

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/nvc/nvc_1335.html

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html#police

http://travel.state.gov/visa/fees/fees_3272.html

The last link is where you can drop down to check for specific country reciprocity.
