hi all, from what i understand, i need to file I130 form, but I don't know where to put in his wife and children infos. Do i need to file each form per person? and in section C 17 in i130 "Information about your relative" "List spouse and all children of you relative" is that where i put his spouse and children infos? or mine. and lastly how long does it take and how old the children have to be under. thank you

They all go on the one form, in the sections you indicated.

It will take approximately twelve years for the priority date to become current. If any derivative children age out by turning before 21 their visa is processed, they will have to have a new I-130 filed for them by a qualifying relative. The good news is that they can apply their old priority date to this new application, which may shave years or even all of the waiting time off, depending on the exact classification they apply under.

For Part C. 17, you write down the information of your brother. Name of his wife, and kids and indicate the relationship e.g "wife/spouse", "son/daughter". You only need a copy of your brother's birth certificate.

does the US goverment requires translate and certified foreign birth certificate ?

The US needs a photocopy of the foreign birth certificate with a certified English translation.

Google "USCIS translation" and you will see the model. Anyone who understands English and the foreign language can do the translation. No need to pay someone.

There is no need for a certified foreign birth certificate. You only need a photocopy.

Since you can do the translation, you make the certification. You do not need a stamp or someone else to certify it.
