Hi everyone - the husband and I were looking forward to eventually when we get our NOA2 and in order to speed that along, we want to have all the documents ready to go to submit.

According to the list on VisaJourney, one of the required items is "original military certificate of the beneficiary". He is German, and had a year of required military service more than 15 years ago. On leaving the service, he received a document that is his service record, complete with official government seal.

Our question is: is this the documentation they want? or does he need to get a translated version, or something more current? Anyone know about this?

Thanks in advance!
